From time to time QMC or its sub-contractor fleet may be required to undergo a Workplace inspection. QMC will provide every assistance to facilitate any such inspection. Sub-contractors are expected to comply with all any requirements of such an inspection. The management of QMC also embraces the NTC devised Chain of Responsibility legislation. This legislation has been designed to ensure that everyone in the transport chain takes responsibility for their part in the chain. It is designed to bring loaders; receivers and distribution centres into the transport loop. It does not remove responsibility from owners and contractors of transport equipment but it does seek to identify the responsibility for any failure.
